Personal Information:

• Personal details such as payment details and address of the seller shall remain confidential and cannot be shared to non-customers.
• The customer will need to provide their personal details such as name, address, phone number, and social media handles for contact and delivery purposes. Rest assured, the seller will keep these details confidential unless the customer is a BOGUS Buyer.

Orders/ Payments/ Cancellation:

• Strictly NO Cancellations. 
• Down payment is NOT refundable.
•  Unless full payment, the customer who is unresponsive and unable to be contacted, due to inactivity or deactivation of account, after 20 days of the product being on hand and ready to ship will have their items forfeited and will be sold by our shop to other customers. 
• Buyers who paid in full but cannot be contacted or did not provide complete details within 30 days after the product is on hand will have their items forfeited.
• Buyers must reply your proof of payment on the confirmation mail after paying. No entry = no payment
• If cannot pay by the deadline, please DM us and we might give an extension.
• If no payment by the deadline of payment for the downpayment, your items will not be secured.
• Late payment fee for the remaining balances is PHP 30 per day. Please be mindful of your deadlines, we are not obligated to remind you

Products:

• Small damages and dents on the outbox cannot be a reason for refund. Outboxes are used to protect the actual product inside

Deliveries:

• There might be uncontrollable delays on the shipping of the product thus, we ask for your patience.
• Damages that are done after the product is shipped is not our responsibility anymore. We pack our items carefully so that it will arrive at its best quality.

ETAs are just estimates, there might be instances wherein the arrival goes before or beyond the date.

The seller has the right to post the personal of information of the buyer in public if:

• Buyer tries to cancel their order without paying the cancellation fee by proceeding to block our account, become unresponsive, and deactivate.
• Buyer does not pay 15 days after the deadline of payment.
• Buyer who opted for COD does not checkout the product.
