What is the process for ordering? 

Place an order > Pay and send the proof of payment via email > Wait for the order to arrive at PH Address > Arrival notices sent via email > Pay for the International Shipping Fee (ISF) and/or Local Shipping Fee (LSF)

What country are you based in? Do you ship worldwide?

We are based in the Philippines. This store mainly caters to Filipino buyers but we also ship in selected countries worldwide.

Are the items in your store in stock?

Majority of the items in our store are for preorder. Limited in stock items are commonly listed in our X account or Shopee store

What are the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the items?

We operate on a batch basis. Orders are collected from a certain batch with a cut-off date. Once the batch ends, we will be securing the products and wait for the items to arrive at our warehouse.

There are two types of transit time that our store offers.

    • Fast ETA (FETA) - 1~2 weeks transit time after ship out
    • Semi-Fast ETA (SFETA) - 2~4 weeks transit time after ship out
In items under FETA. When batch ends, the transit time for the items at our overseas warehouse takes 3~5 days (China/Korea) or 5~7 days while the transit time to PH after ship out is around 1~2 weeks. Total turn around time after the batch concludes is estimated to be 15~30 days.
In items under SFETA. When batch ends, the transit time for the items at our Korea warehouse takes 3~5 days while the transit time to PH after ship out is around 2~4 weeks. Total turn around time after the batch concludes is estimated to be 20~50 days.

How do we send our payments?

You can send your payment by replying to the order confirmation email you receive. If it cannot be sent, you can send us an email at soopkart.ph@gmail.com including the order number in the subject (#SK??? Proof of Payment)

How much are ISFs? What are the estimated amounts?

  • Estimated rates: PHP 320/0.5kg
  • Photocards: PHP 40 ~ 100
  • Small items (Wallets, Doll Clothes, Dolls): PHP 100 ~ 300
  • Small Bags: PHP 400 ~ 600
  • Big Bags/Shoes: PHP 600 ~ 1000+

What are the local shipment couriers available?

We ship via LBC, JNT, and SCO. For worldwide shipments, we usually ship via DHL or FedEx

Where can we check the updates for our orders?

You can check for order updates by logging in to your accounts at our websites. You will also be receiving email notifications every time there is a status update in your orders.
